Age: 10 Years
Breed: Husky Mix
Lobo is a husky mix prince. We are privileged to be able to provide for and enjoy this noble senior dog. This isn't the breed we usually rescue but once we met him there was no question that he should have a forever home for his senior years and we would help him find it.
Lobo has a gorgeous white coat tipped with gold, impeccable manners, and a dignified way of letting the other dogs know he's kind but serious. He is good with other dogs, even puppies, and loves people. Check this very short video out to see him interact with other dogs.
He was calm and loving while he got a good scrub to clean his now beautiful thick coat. Lobo is very affectionate with people and minds well. He has such a zeal for life and can run with the best of 'em! He is healthy as an ox and very friendly. This senior is no slouch!
Here is a video of Lewis, Clark and Lobo.
Breed: Australian Shepherd Spaniel Mix
Age: 3 Years
Lewis is a great dog. He is smart, affectionate and obedient. He can be reserved when meeting strangers but loved his photo session and the treats he received. Lewis is medium size and enjoys running and exploring. He would make a good addition to an active household and he gets along well with other dogs, even puppies! We see him as going on many fun hikes and other adventures with his new family. The lucky adopter would reap great rewards with this dog if you go slow and let him adjust to new things at a his own pace. A wise move with any new dog. Lewis will need an active home as he is a really fun dog ready to share your adventures!
Breed: Border Collie
Age: 3 1/2 Years
Kai is one of those border collies a cut above the rest. He is amazing and knows many tricks. He is high intelligence and high energy and will take a special place in a special home. Kai is 3.5 years old. His family loved him very much, but they lost their ranch and condo life was no life for this boy. His beauty speaks for itself!
Breed: Aussie/Queensland Heeler
Age: 1 Year
Chance is a wonderful 1 year old male, neutered, micro-chipped aussie/queensland heeler. He has had professional behavior/commands training. He also excels in fetch and frisbee play and in addition is now herding a large ball. He loves people of all ages and other dogs, and tolerates an old cat. His shots are current.
Chance has a high energy level that is not satisfied in his current home even though he has daily vigorous exercise and play.
He was born on a Washoe Lake ranch of ranch dogs and now at one year, it is absolutely clear to his current family that he belongs on a ranch or mini-ranch setting to be a truly happy animal. He needs a job to do daily, all day long.
